Dream about a plantain

A plantain stands for the food that stays in the cupboard to keep you going. This kind of nourishment is humble and unpretentious, much like the bread on a family table, yet it offers a reliable strength that does not fail when the day grows long.

You find that this dream points to the way you keep your strength through the small, daily things you do. When you see harvesting plantain, you are witnessing the gathering of what has been earned through patience. I have known the weight of a heavy basket that tells me my work is done for the day. There is a deep peace in knowing that what you need is being gathered, one piece at a time.

A green plantain or an unripe plantain suggests that a certain level of patience is required before the benefits of your labor are fully felt.

The sight of harvesting plantain in a dream reveals the moment when the things you have worked for finally become yours to hold.

The manner in which you are cooking plantain or eating a plantain tells you how that strength is being received. A golden, soft meal offers a gentle comfort to your spirit, but a texture that is stubborn or difficult to swallow means the support has not yet reached its full readiness.

Buying a plantain in a dream shows the act of securing a modest but sure support for your coming days.

A ripe plantain or a red one shows that what you have sown is now providing a sure and certain reward.

When you are planting a plantain, the dream shows you are laying the groundwork for a future that will feed you.

When you are selling plantain in a dream, you are exchanging your honest labor for the means to continue.
