Dream about vomiting blood

Vomiting blood shows an inner wound coming to light. This dream speaks of a truth that can no longer be held inside, a part of your very life that is trying to find its way out. When the things that sustain us become part of a hurt, the body must make room for the truth of that pain.

The sight of this loss can feel like a sudden drain on everything you have built. You find that your strength is being pulled away by what is being expelled. I hold my breath to see how much a person gives of their own spirit to clear a path, dear. A heavy discharge of this life force often carries the weight of deep remorse. You possess the courage to face what has been hidden. The air in your lungs is clear and your throat is at rest.

A mouth full of blood turns the focus to the way you sustain your livelihood and your words. This shows a person making a statement so large that it threatens to overwhelm their very being.

When you see someone coughing up blood, you are witnessing how a person’s very spark is being pushed out of them. This shows that the energy you need for living is being driven away by a struggle you can see.

Spitting blood clears the damage that has settled in your breath. If you are choking on it, the dream tells of a deep, internal ache that makes it difficult to simply exist.

The way you lose your very essence through puking blood or throwing up blood makes the drain on your being very plain. You see the vital current of your existence leaving you in a way that leaves you hollow.
