Benedita LumeTunnels are the tight, hard ways we find ourselves in when the world feels small and pressing. This dream shows a season where the way forward is restricted, leaving little room for the easy movements of a comfortable life.
The weight of this dream comes from the sense of being hemmed in by walls that do not move. You may feel the strain of a journey that offers no side paths and no place to rest your burdens. I have known the ache of a long walk through a dark place, and I know you have the strength to see it through. The way through is hard, but it is a way that is being traveled.
Being stuck in a tunnel brings a heavy stillness to the hardship. Since the way forward has closed, the dream shows you in a time of forced waiting where you cannot move, even if you wish to.
You are meeting the pressure with your own hands and will, whether you are digging a tunnel or crawling through a tunnel. These actions show that the narrowness of the way is met by your own active labor, proving that you are meeting the pressure with your own hands and will.
The way the world falls apart in a tunnel collapse turns a difficult path into a crisis of stability. When the ground or the ceiling gives way, the dream signals that the very foundations you were relying on have failed you.
Benedita LumeInterpreter interprets your dreams
Well, dear, the old houses never treated a dream as a stranger at the door. A dream was given a chair at the table like a cousin from far away. Most of what it carries is a warm sign about the life already around you, and even a hard one is usually a reminder about something small at home. Rest easy. The house is still standing.
