Dream about seeds

Seeds are the small, quiet holders of potential. They carry within them the capacity for life, resting in a state of readiness that waits for the right moment to meet the earth.

In a dream, seeing seeds shows that you are currently in possession of the beginnings of something. This symbol is like a basket of grain kept in a dry cupboard, containing everything necessary for a future meal. I look at the small tasks of my day and see them as these very same beginnings. The dream shows that the groundwork for what may come is being laid right now.

The heavy side of this dream is the vulnerability of something so small and unproven. You have the means to start a new cycle, and that is a good thing to hold.

The sight of seeds sprouting shows that the venture you have begun is already finding its way. Because the life is pushing through the soil, the dream tells you that your efforts are gaining a strength that is all their own.

A dream of planting a seed is a sign that you are stepping out in faith to start something new. This action is the moment where a thought becomes a real undertaking.

Collecting seeds in a dream shows you are pulling together the small things that will feed you when the time comes. This is a dream of preparation, where you are bringing together the small bits of value that make a future abundance possible.

When you are eating seeds in a dream, you are taking the potential of the future directly into yourself. This tells me that the nourishment you seek is already present in the very things you thought were merely beginnings.
