Benedita LumeRunning in the rain is a dream of the soul seeking a fresh start through the washing of the world. The water falls to clear the dirt from the roads, making the earth feel new again under your feet. This movement shows a spirit that is ready to meet what is coming with an open heart.
A violent downpour can turn this blessing into a moment where the heavy sky breaks your rhythm. You might feel the weight of the elements as they crash down, making it hard to see the path ahead. I often feel the pull of a sudden storm that makes everything else fall away.
There is a grit in the way you move through this cleansing. You possess the grace to let the old ways wash away so that you can step forward into something new.
Heavy rain changes the feeling of the dream by making the renewal feel more forceful and demanding. The deluge hits with a weight that makes the clearing of the old ways feel like a sudden, loud command.
Running from the rain turns the dream into a sign of avoidance. Instead of receiving the blessing, you are hastening away from the very thing that seeks to refresh you, which suggests a fear of the changes that are trying to reach you.
Walking barefoot in the rain makes the dream more tender, for you touch the wet earth without any shield to hide you. This detail shows that your path toward renewal is one where you face the world with nothing between your spirit and the truth of the ground.

Benedita LumeInterpreter interprets your dreams
Well, dear, the old houses never treated a dream as a stranger at the door. A dream was given a chair at the table like a cousin from far away. Most of what it carries is a warm sign about the life already around you, and even a hard one is usually a reminder about something small at home. Rest easy. The house is still standing.
