In my maternal home, moi moi was been cooked in a very large pot, I noticed the firewood would not be enough to cook the it. The moi moi was not cooked the regular way of wrapping in leaves or in a tin, it was just poured like that in the pot. So this moi was half done and I was worried and looking for a way to get more fire, while downstairs my aunties are children were waiting , I tasted it and it wasn’t too bad and I said I rather share it than allow it waste.
