Benedita LumeMaking bread is a sign that you are tending to the very things that keep your life moving and nourished. This dream shows you gathering what you need to keep your days going, as if you were setting the table for a long winter. When you are in this state, you are attending to your own foundation.
The effort you put into this work is what settles the meaning. I take care to prepare my own needs so that my house remains full. If the work is lost or ruined, you are facing the bitterness of labor that leaves nothing behind. You carry a strength in your hands that allows you to build your own security.
But buttering bread brings a certain ease to the work. It shows that the life you are tending to has room for more than just the bare necessities, dear.
The kneading of bread or the sight of it rising tells you that what you are building is swelling with life under your own care. This movement signifies that the life you are building is gaining volume and readiness.
Baking bread, cooking bread, or seeing someone else baking bread means the process of providing is currently in motion. This action moves the dream from a thought into a reality where the sustenance is actually being made.

Benedita LumeInterpreter interprets your dreams
Well, dear, the old houses never treated a dream as a stranger at the door. A dream was given a chair at the table like a cousin from far away. Most of what it carries is a warm sign about the life already around you, and even a hard one is usually a reminder about something small at home. Rest easy. The house is still standing.
