Benedita LumeMaking a salad means gathering what is modest and light to keep your strength. This dream shows a time when a heavy meal is not what you need, but a handful of simple things that sit well in the stomach.
The work of preparing such a meal is like the slow mending of a garment, where each small piece added brings the whole thing closer to being useful. You have the capacity to take the simple bits of your day and turn them into something that sustains you. I pick through the small offerings of my life to find what is good. It is a gentle way to live, dear. Everything is already in order for you to find your strength in the small things.

Benedita LumeInterpreter interprets your dreams
Well, dear, the old houses never treated a dream as a stranger at the door. A dream was given a chair at the table like a cousin from far away. Most of what it carries is a warm sign about the life already around you, and even a hard one is usually a reminder about something small at home. Rest easy. The house is still standing.
