Benedita LumeFlooding the streets means that the usual path you walk every day is being overtaken by a sudden surge of emotion. The way you move through your weeks gets tangled when a tide of feeling rises to hide the very ground you stand on.
A feeling of being overwhelmed can make the familiar ways of your world feel strange or unreachable. When the water rises, the direction you usually take is obscured by the depth of what you are carrying. I have stood in the middle of my own rising waters and waited for the ebb. You are already capable of finding your footing even when the pavement is hidden. It is a heavy thing to see your way vanish, but the ground remains beneath the flow.
Streets flooding suggests that your emotions are no longer just passing through, but are actively covering the way you live. This happens because the sheer volume of what is felt leaves no dry land for the practicalities of the day to rest upon.

Benedita LumeInterpreter interprets your dreams
Well, dear, the old houses never treated a dream as a stranger at the door. A dream was given a chair at the table like a cousin from far away. Most of what it carries is a warm sign about the life already around you, and even a hard one is usually a reminder about something small at home. Rest easy. The house is still standing.
