Benedita LumeFloating to the ceiling finds you at the very top of your own shelter. This dream shows how a boundary holds you high above the floor, just as a roof stays fixed over a room to keep the weather out. You rise toward the place where the air meets the limit of your world.
A ceiling provides a finality that defines the room you live in. When you find yourself floating to the ceiling, you are moving toward the very edge of your own security. I know my own footing best when I can feel the walls around me. You are already standing on the ground of your own protection, dear.
The lightness of the dream carries you toward this height, letting you rest in the air. You have a natural way of rising above the things that would otherwise pull you down.

Benedita LumeInterpreter interprets your dreams
Well, dear, the old houses never treated a dream as a stranger at the door. A dream was given a chair at the table like a cousin from far away. Most of what it carries is a warm sign about the life already around you, and even a hard one is usually a reminder about something small at home. Rest easy. The house is still standing.
