Benedita LumeFalling down a hole is the sudden loss of the ground you thought was solid. This dream shows how a sudden lack of ground can catch a person off guard, much like a loose floorboard in a dark hallway. Such a thing marks a moment where the path beneath your feet is no longer certain.
The descent into an unseen trap is what happens when this dream takes hold. The walls of the earth crowd around you and leave you stuck in a situation that has no easy exit. I have lost my own way in the shadows, dear, and I know the coldness of that moment. You possess the strength to find your way back to level ground.
A deep hole makes the danger of this dream feel more absolute because the descent is into a place that feels bottomless and unknown.
When you are driving into a hole or watching someone falling in a hole, the dream moves from a personal slip to a sudden collision with a circumstance that was already there.

Benedita LumeInterpreter interprets your dreams
Well, dear, the old houses never treated a dream as a stranger at the door. A dream was given a chair at the table like a cousin from far away. Most of what it carries is a warm sign about the life already around you, and even a hard one is usually a reminder about something small at home. Rest easy. The house is still standing.
