Benedita LumeDriving into floodwater means trouble or grief is sweeping toward you. This weight comes from the way the water rises to meet your path, making the ground you usually trust uncertain and heavy. You are being pulled into a surge that tugs at the very edges of your life, just as a heavy rain might overflow the stones of a garden path.
The force of this dream is the momentum you bring to the struggle. I once steered my own life through a swell that felt too wide to cross. There is a hardness in the way the waters rise, but you hold your gaze on the path ahead. You are already more resilient than the rising tide.
The effort of driving through floodwaters shows that you are moving amidst the trouble rather than standing still. This movement turns a heavy moment into a road you are traveling.

Benedita LumeInterpreter interprets your dreams
Well, dear, the old houses never treated a dream as a stranger at the door. A dream was given a chair at the table like a cousin from far away. Most of what it carries is a warm sign about the life already around you, and even a hard one is usually a reminder about something small at home. Rest easy. The house is still standing.
