Benedita LumeCollecting rainwater is a sign of the mercy that settles upon a life when the sky finally opens. This dream shows how a cup fills when the clouds break. Such a gift arrives without the need for striving, much like the way a well fills itself after a long dry spell.
The way you gather what is given shows how you receive the goodness that surrounds you, dear. I hold my jars out in the garden when the air turns sweet and wet. There is a peace in knowing that the heavens provide what the earth requires.
When you go out to fetch rainwater, you are walking out to meet the kindness of the sky. This movement shows that you are ready to take what is being poured out.
