Benedita LumeCigarette smoke in a dream is a small warmth that goes away as soon as you try to hold it. This drifting haze often clouds what is real, making it hard to see the path clearly through the day.
A truth that is hidden behind a veil of grey can make the world feel unsteady. I know how a thin fog can wrap around the furniture until the corners of the room are lost to view. You find that even when the air is thick, the light is still there, waiting for the haze to lift.
The scent of cigarette smoke in a dream brings this sense of a passing warmth straight to you. Because the smell finds you before the sight does, the way a comfort slips through your fingers feels all the more sudden.

Benedita LumeInterpreter interprets your dreams
Well, dear, the old houses never treated a dream as a stranger at the door. A dream was given a chair at the table like a cousin from far away. Most of what it carries is a warm sign about the life already around you, and even a hard one is usually a reminder about something small at home. Rest easy. The house is still standing.
