Benedita LumeBuilding a road in a dream shows that you are in the process of shaping your own direction. This work is about the way you move through the world and the purpose you are carving out for yourself.
When you see this dream, you are witnessing the effort it takes to establish a path where none existed before. A road is a long undertaking, and the act of laying it down reveals the patience you bring to your own life. I often spend my days smoothing the stones under my feet so the walking is easier tomorrow. There is a weight to this work, as the slow labor of preparation can feel like a long wait before the journey actually begins. You already possess the strength required to lay the foundation. You can rest knowing that the way is being made.
Making a road in a dream means you are the one taking the first steps to create a new way. This is the spark of a new purpose, where the intention to move forward begins to take its shape.
Fixing a road in a dream shows that you are attending to the parts of your life that have become uneven. This work keeps your way of living from falling into ruin.
The dream of road construction shows that you must stop to mend what is broken. This delay comes because the ground beneath your feet requires a more honest foundation before you can move forward.

Benedita LumeInterpreter interprets your dreams
Well, dear, the old houses never treated a dream as a stranger at the door. A dream was given a chair at the table like a cousin from far away. Most of what it carries is a warm sign about the life already around you, and even a hard one is usually a reminder about something small at home. Rest easy. The house is still standing.
