Benedita LumeBeing stuck in an elevator is a sign that your standing or your progress in the world is facing a sudden pause. This dream shows a moment where the usual way you move upward or downward through your responsibilities has been interrupted. When the movement stops, the way you hold your place in your circle of work or family becomes uncertain.
The stillness of the machine carries a weight that can make you feel as though your ability to choose your next step has been taken away. This lack of motion is like a door that will not budge, leaving you to face a period where you cannot push forward. You have the patience to bide your time while the world stands still. I hold my breath and wait for the floor to arrive. It is a heavy pause, but it is a pause that allows the dust to settle.
Searching for a way out in an elevator makes the dream more unsettled, as you have lost the sense of where you are meant to go.
Being trapped in a lift or an elevator makes the pause feel like a cage. This confinement comes from the way the walls hem you in, leaving you with no room to move.
When an elevator being stuck is the center of the dream, the focus falls on the machine itself and its failure to function. This mechanical failure signifies that the external structures you rely on to change your status are currently unreliable.

Benedita LumeInterpreter interprets your dreams
Well, dear, the old houses never treated a dream as a stranger at the door. A dream was given a chair at the table like a cousin from far away. Most of what it carries is a warm sign about the life already around you, and even a hard one is usually a reminder about something small at home. Rest easy. The house is still standing.
