Benedita LumeBeing stuck in a loop shows how a habit has taken hold of your days. A thing that circles back upon itself without moving forward keeps the spirit from finding new ground. Well, you know how a path worn deep by many footsteps becomes the only way the feet wish to go.
This repetition can feel like a heavy weight that keeps your days from breathing. You find yourself walking the same circles because the motion itself has become a way to avoid the stillness of a new direction. I once spent many a season walking through the same rooms of my mind without ever reaching the door.
The good news is that the persistence you show in this cycle is your own. You have a strength that stays with you even when the way is hard. You can find your way out when the circle finally breaks.

Benedita LumeInterpreter interprets your dreams
Well, dear, the old houses never treated a dream as a stranger at the door. A dream was given a chair at the table like a cousin from far away. Most of what it carries is a warm sign about the life already around you, and even a hard one is usually a reminder about something small at home. Rest easy. The house is still standing.
