Benedita LumeA theater in a dream suggests that you are currently standing in a space of outward display. This symbol shows a time when you are putting on a show for the world instead of staying in the warmth of your own skin. When we act for others, we lose the grip on what is real.
The emptiness of such a place can feel like a hollow weight. This occurs when a dream shows a theater that has been left to the dust, signifying that the efforts you have poured into a public image are no longer serving you. I have known the exhaustion of playing a part for an empty house. There is a stillness available to you now that does not require an act.
Seeing a play in a dream means that a mask has finally slipped to show what is real. Because a performance must eventually reach its end, the truth of a matter is revealed once the pretense is over.
Benedita LumeInterpreter interprets your dreams
Well, dear, the old houses never treated a dream as a stranger at the door. A dream was given a chair at the table like a cousin from far away. Most of what it carries is a warm sign about the life already around you, and even a hard one is usually a reminder about something small at home. Rest easy. The house is still standing.
