Benedita LumeA mermaid is an alluring illusion that carries a hidden danger. This dream shows how something that appears beautiful can mask a depth that is not safe to enter.
The way these creatures move through the world is like a doorway that looks solid but leads into a shifting tide. Such a dream is a promise that lacks a foundation. I have walked toward a bright surface only to find the ground was not there, dear. You carry a strength that knows how to see through the shimmer to the truth beneath.
The dream of turning into a mermaid shows that you are losing your footing in the real world by embracing a fantasy. This shift happens because you are letting a beautiful lie become your own nature.
Seeing mermaids in the water, or meeting an evil mermaid, means the danger is no longer just a shadow but is reaching out for you. Because the water is the place where these illusions live, their presence means the deceit is active and pressing against you.
When you are swimming with mermaids, the dream tells you that you are caught up in a crowd of people who are all chasing the same empty grace. Your heart is heavy with the weight of people who offer nothing but a shimmer.
Benedita LumeInterpreter interprets your dreams
Well, dear, the old houses never treated a dream as a stranger at the door. A dream was given a chair at the table like a cousin from far away. Most of what it carries is a warm sign about the life already around you, and even a hard one is usually a reminder about something small at home. Rest easy. The house is still standing.
