Benedita LumeA lamp clears the shadows that gather in the corners of a life. This dream shows that you are finding the way through a period where things were not quite plain. When a light is present, it shows you where to place your feet and what to hold.
The light in this dream works by revealing what is hidden, much like a candle helps us find a lost needle in a sewing basket. You are moving toward a place of knowing. I seek this light myself when the day fades into night. It is a strength that stays with you, dear. You can breathe easy knowing the path is being made visible.
A broken lamp leaves you wandering in the shadows. Since the vessel cannot hold its light, the way forward stays hidden from your eyes.
When you see a diya, the dream moves from a general light to the specific warmth of a home. This small flame carries the hope that keeps a household going through the night.
The act of buying a lamp shows you are looking for a new way to see. You go out to find the light that will show you where to walk.
A lamp burning signifies that the guidance you possess is currently active and strong. This flame burns with a heat that leaves no doubt about what is true.

Benedita LumeInterpreter interprets your dreams
Well, dear, the old houses never treated a dream as a stranger at the door. A dream was given a chair at the table like a cousin from far away. Most of what it carries is a warm sign about the life already around you, and even a hard one is usually a reminder about something small at home. Rest easy. The house is still standing.
