Benedita LumeA cliff marks a moment where the ground of your life meets a sudden and sheer edge. This dream shows you a place where the usual ways of walking and standing no longer apply because the safety of the level path has ended.
The danger of such a height is that it pulls at your certainty. You find yourself facing a limit that demands a choice between holding fast or letting go. I know how it feels when the very wood of the stairs seems to give way, dear. You have the strength to meet the height, and there is a way through the steepness.
Driving off a cliff is a dream where you push yourself past the point where your hands can still hold the wheel. You find yourself moving with a force that has outrun your power to stay on the road.
Standing on the edge of a cliff and hanging off a cliff both speak to a dream where your stability is under threat. Whether you are poised at the brink or clinging to the side, the feeling is one of a base that can no longer be trusted.
Climbing a cliff shows a dream of taking on a difficult and perilous ascent. The effort you put into the climb is what defines the struggle of this dream.
A falling cliff shows a dream where even the earth beneath you has lost its place. The ground breaks away like a rotted floorboard, leaving nothing to stand upon.
Falling off a cliff and jumping off a cliff describe a dream where you step past the limits of what is safe. This shift happens when the transition from the solid to the empty is already in motion.
Benedita LumeInterpreter interprets your dreams
Well, dear, the old houses never treated a dream as a stranger at the door. A dream was given a chair at the table like a cousin from far away. Most of what it carries is a warm sign about the life already around you, and even a hard one is usually a reminder about something small at home. Rest easy. The house is still standing.
