Benedita LumeA burglar is a person who moves through the shadows to take what belongs to you. This dream points to a deceitful rival who moves in the shadows of your daily life, someone who seeks to undermine your position or your peace while you are looking elsewhere. This dream shows a threat that hides its face and waits for you to turn your back.
The loss of peace comes when a burglar is in the house, as the sanctity of your own space is breached by an intruder. This dream marks a time when your sense of security feels thin and the walls you have built around your heart or your home no longer seem to keep the world at bay. I know how it feels to wake in a house that no longer feels like a shelter.
The danger is met when catching a burglar happens, for this action signifies that any harm intended for you is being actively foiled. You possess the alertness needed to see the shadow before it can strike. It is a sign that you are not being bypassed, but are instead standing guard over your own life.
Catching a burglar means that the harm meant for you is stopped before it can settle. Because you have seen the movement in the dark, the attempt to take what is yours fails and the malice is left with nothing to grasp. You have the eyes to see what is hidden, and that sight is your shield.

Benedita LumeInterpreter interprets your dreams
Well, dear, the old houses never treated a dream as a stranger at the door. A dream was given a chair at the table like a cousin from far away. Most of what it carries is a warm sign about the life already around you, and even a hard one is usually a reminder about something small at home. Rest easy. The house is still standing.
