Benedita LumeA body in a dream tells of how you stand in this world and the heavy, lived reality of your days. This is the very foundation of your life, the strength that allows you to meet what is put before you.
The strength of this dream lies in the capacity to endure and to act within your own skin. When the dream shows this, it points to the tools you have for your work and your standing. I find my own legs holding me up when the path gets steep, and you know this feeling too, dear. There is a simple truth in knowing what you are able to carry.
Body parts in a dream mean that your life is scattered, like a basket of mending where the pieces no longer fit together. This fragmentation shows a loss of unity in your strength.
A dead body in a dream tells of a stillness that is not peace, but a complete lack of the power to act. This state shows a hard time where the earthly strength you rely on has been taken away.
When you are swapping bodies in a dream, you lose the footing of your own life. This movement shows a confusion about where your own power ends and another’s begins.
A hairy back in a dream shows a thick, untidy layer over what holds you up. This detail makes the dream feel more heavy, as if the strength you lean on is obscured by something untidy.
The dream of muscles or having a nice body shows that your ability to stand firm is well-placed. These details strengthen the main dream by showing that your capacity for work and your position in the world are solid and reliable.
A head appearing in a dream changes the focus from your general power to how you are seen by others and how you lead. If you carry yourself with pride, it shows the respect you have earned, but a lowered gaze speaks of the troubles that weigh upon your spirit.
Benedita LumeInterpreter interprets your dreams
Well, dear, the old houses never treated a dream as a stranger at the door. A dream was given a chair at the table like a cousin from far away. Most of what it carries is a warm sign about the life already around you, and even a hard one is usually a reminder about something small at home. Rest easy. The house is still standing.
