Benedita LumeWinning a race in a dream shows how the hunger for what the world prizes has taken hold of you. This drive comes from a desire to outpace others and secure a place of standing. It is the spirit of the contest, where the value of the journey is lost to the hunger for the finish line.
This striving often leaves a person breathless and looking only at the path ahead. When the heart is set on being first, the peace of the present moment is traded for the tension of the chase. You might find that I, too, have run until my legs felt like lead just to reach a goal that vanished once I touched it. There is a risk of arriving at the end only to find the prize is hollow.
The breath in your chest and the grit in your stride belong to you. This capacity to push forward is a gift you already possess. You can find rest even while the world is still running.

Benedita LumeInterpreter interprets your dreams
Well, dear, the old houses never treated a dream as a stranger at the door. A dream was given a chair at the table like a cousin from far away. Most of what it carries is a warm sign about the life already around you, and even a hard one is usually a reminder about something small at home. Rest easy. The house is still standing.
